PURPOSE:To improve the suitability of a light receiving member to matching with semiconductor laser and the optical response property by providing a multilayered structure and making the surface of the support uneven by plural hemispherical dents. CONSTITUTION:The surface of support 101 is made uneven by plural hemispherical dents and the 1st layer 102 of an amorphous material contg. Si, at least one between Ge and Sn and at least one among O, C and N and the 2nd layer 103 of an amorphous material contg. Si and atoms other than the atoms in the 1st layer are formed on the support to produce a light receiving member. The ratio of D/R (D is the width of the dents and R is curvature) is regulated to >=0.035, preferably >=0.055 so as to disperse interference fringes generated in the whole of the light receiving member in the dents and to prevent the generation of interference fringes in the member. Thus, a visible image of extremely high quality can be formed. |
