PURPOSE:To build a cut-off wall which is endurable to the crack and deformation of ground due to earthquake, by a method wherein the cut-off wall ditch is excavated by means of low specific gravity muddy water, and the low specific gravity muddy water is replaced through a tremie tube with a stress transfer member such as high specific gravity muddy water, cobble-stone. CONSTITUTION:A ditch 1 is excavated by means of low specific gravity muddy water 2. A tremine tube 5 is inserted to the bottom of the ditch 1 and high specific gravity muddy water 3 is poured, and simultaneously, large cobble-stone 4, having specific gravity sufficiently higher than that of low specific gravity muddy water, is charged in the ditch 1. The cobble stone is densely pile up in the ditch 1. An alternate method, wherein premixture of the cobble-stone 4 and the high specific gravity muddy water 3 is poured through the tremie tube 5 to build a cut-off wall, is proposed. This builds a cut-off wall which is mixed with massive stress transfer members and durable to earthquake and deformation of the ground. |
