<p>Novel antibiotic cephalosporin analogues are provided being compounds of the formula <IMAGE> where X is acyl, R<1> is H or an esterifying group and R<2> is H, alkyl or acyloxy, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions containing the novel cephalosporin analogues and methods for preparing them.</p> |
