PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a high quality adding type optical disk with high reliability even if a circumferential spacer is thin by bonding a pair of disk substrates on both sides of a central spacer and a circumferential spacer which is coaxial with the central spacer and is annular and providing the clearance to cross the outer circumferential spacer and forming the covering layer of adhesives at a side surface. CONSTITUTION:On both sides of a central spacer 10 and a coaxial annular circumferential spacer 11 surrounding the central spacer, a pair of disk substrates 4 is bonded with the recording film as the inner surface by adhesives 3. The clearance of the width (d) (0.5mm or above) to divide the circumferential spacer 11 equally into four segments is provided. On the side surface of the clearance, a covering 13 of the adhesives protruded when the substrate 4 is bonded is formed without closing the clearance. Thus, the adding-type optical disk with a high reliability can be obtained which does not cause the peeling-off of the substrate 4. |
