PURPOSE:To enhance soldering-joint strength to avoid short-circuiting trouble, by connecting an instrument lead wire through a terminal piece which has a constant characteristic of heat capacity. CONSTITUTION:A terminal piece 9 is formed with its size and dimension selected so that its one end part 9a soldered to a superconducting conductor 2 becomes nearly equal in heat capacity to the connecting part for the semiconductive conductor 2 and the other end part 9b, to which an instrument lead wire 6 is soldered, becomes nearly equal in heat capacity to the connecting part for the measuring lead wire 6. Because one end part of the terminal piece and the other end part of it are made to become nearly equal in their heat capacity to respectively the instrument lead wire 6 and a solid wire of a superconducting conductor, more exact soldering can be performed without the insulating material being unnecessarily damaged. |
