PURPOSE:A novel type of seasoning that is obtained by mixing granulated soysauce, as a major component, with a variety of spices and flavorings, thus having the smell characteristic is soysauce as well as, flavors of the spices. CONSTITUTION:A major amount (for example, 40-80%) of granulated soysauce (for example, condensed soysauce is mixed with dextrin and fat and dried under reduced pressure) is combined with a variety of spices and flavors such as black pepper, ginger, basil, onion, garlic, cinnamon, plum, salt, sugar, etc., to give the objective seasoning. |
