PURPOSE:To obtain a high quality image causing no deterioration in quality by environmental factors by treating resin impregnated transparent paper having specified transparency and gas permeability so as to provide electric conductivity and by forming a dielectric layer. CONSTITUTION:Resin impregnated transparent paper having >=60% transparency and <=300sec gas permeability is treated so as to provide electric conductivity and then a dielectric layer is formed. When electrostatic recording is carried out by a both-side control system, it is necessary to reduce the volume resistivity of transparent recording paper by treatment for providing electric conductivity. In case of <=300sec gas permeability, the volume resistivity is easily reduced and volume resistivity suitable for electrostatic recording by the both-side control system is obtd. Though >=50% transparency of the transparent paper is practical, >=60% transparency is desirable. |
