PURPOSE:To make good plating with uniform quality and good yield by providing a rotating body which rotates in a plating cell, an eccentric shaft for attaching materials to be plated which are attached to said body and transmission wheels so that the revolutions of the transmission wheels can be transmitted to the eccentric shaft. CONSTITUTION:The rotating body 2 consisting of a gear is so attached in the plating cell 1 as to rotate in a specified posture, is pivotally supported by a central shaft 21 and is driven by a driving wheel 3. The eccentric shaft 4 is freely rotatably attached to the above-mentioned rotating body 2 in the position offcentered from the central shaft 21 in such a manner that said shaft can rotate freely. The materials (a) to be plated are fixed to the shaft 4. The transmission wheels 5, 6 are fixed to the shaft 21 and are so constituted as to receive the rotating force from a motor. The revolutions of the rotating body 2 are transmitted via respective driven wheels 41 fixed to the shaft 4 to the shaft 4. |
