PURPOSE:To aim at simplification in structure and facilitation in setup or the like, by constituting the above-captioned device with a wheel locking member, a shaft locking member and a clamping member, and also constituting this wheel locking member to be slidable on the shaft locking member locked to a wheel setting shaft. CONSTITUTION:A device bearing the above caption is constituted of a wheel locking member 1, a shaft locking member 11 and a clamping member 20. At this time, the wheel locking member 1 is formed into a tubular form, and a first flange 5 for setting a steering wheel 3 and an external thread 6 are formed in one side, while plural kerfs 8 and a step differential part 9 on an inner circumferential surface in an axial direction, on the other side. The shaft locking member 11 is formed into a tubular form to be slidably fitted in the member 1, and a second flange 12 to be engaged with the step differential part 9 is formed in one end it is externally fitted in a wheel setting shaft. The clamping member also is formed into a tubular form, and an internal thread 21 to be screwed with the external thread 6 is formed on one side of the inner circumferential surface, and on the other side, a taper 22 pressing the kerf 8 part inward is formed. |
