PURPOSE:To provide immediately a buoy to a victim by injecting gas into a vinyl bag to float the bag on the water surface as the buoy while a flashing bulb is operated to attract the buoy to the victim's body through a gut of a unwinding reel. CONSTITUTION:At the same time as falling, water intrudes into a water intrusion port 20' from a water conduit so that a water soluble substance 10 is solved and a gas cylinder 9 does not get supported. Thus, the cylinder 9 is pushed up by a spring 16 and a nozzle 11 makes docking with an upper hole 12. Hence, gas is jetted to be filled in a vinyl bag 4 which floats on the water surface to provide a buoy. Also, the cylinder 9 is pushed up to interconnect terminals 14, 15 of a dry cell 8 and operate a flashing bulb 5. While the vinyl bag 4 floated is separated from a reel box, the box 1 is connected with the reel box through a gut so that the buoy is attracted to a victim's body while the flashing bulb 5 is operated. Thus, the victim can ask for held while clinging to the buoy. |
