PURPOSE:To shorten the rise time for molding and enhance productivity by means of controlling temperature preliminarily, switching the set temperature of heating medium over to the low temperature corresponding with the amount of heat given by the molding material and maintaining the mold temperature at a stabilized molding temperature. CONSTITUTION:In the mold 10, the passage 14 for heating medium to control temperature and also the temperature indicator 22 to show the temperature of mold are installed. The heating medium controlled by the temperature controller 16 circulates in the passage 14 of mold 10 through the hose 24. The temperature T1 (low temperature) of heating medium at the time of stable molding and the temperature T2 (high temperature) of mold at the time of stable growth, measured beforehand, are set in the temperature-setting devices 18 and 20. The temperature T2 set with the temperature-setting device 20 is heated up with heating medium from the temperature controller 16, and the heat is circulated in the passage 1 of mold 10 with the pump, the temperature of mold 10 being controlled preliminarily. When the temperature of mold comes up to the set value and is stabilized, the molding is started and the temperature of heating medium is switched over to the temperature T1 set with the temperature setting device 18. |
