PURPOSE:To avoid pinholes and color shadings by offering a masterbatch containing binder, pigment and foaming agent and being of mini-pellet shape of specific outer diameter and specific length which offers good dispersion of foaming agent and pigment. CONSTITUTION:By compounding foaming agent and pigment, good dispersion of foaming agent is achieved and creation of pinholes is prevented. By mini- pelletizing, good dispersion of base resin, pigment and foaming agent in the extruder can be achieved. These achievements result in lessening fluctuation of capacity and preventing possible color shadings. The pellet used containing binder, pigment and foaming agent is of cylindrical type, 1.5-2.0mm in outer diameter and 1.9-2.5mm in length. |
