PURPOSE:To give a method for pulling out a mandrel in a short time without any damage of a hose and the mandrel, by inserting a nozzle into an opening of an end of the hose, by supplying a fluid pressure on the end of the hose, by spouting the mandrel from the other end of the hose and by decreasing the speed of the mandrel with the friction between the surface of the mandrel and the inner wall of the pipe. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 4 is inserted from an opening of an end of a hose 2. The hose 2 and a mandrel are tightly held by a chuck 3 and the nozzle 4 is inserted in an interface between the hose and the mandrel by means of oil pressure. The end of the hose where the nozzle 4 is inserted is pinched by a chuck 6 and the hose 2 and the nozzle 4 are monolithically contacted not to leak the fluid spouted from the nozzle. The fluid penetrates into the interface between the hose 2 an the mandrel 1 to separate them and the mandrel thereby strongly spouts from the other end of the hose. The mandrel spouted collides with a soft wall to absorb the kinetic energy and the mandrel is recovered. The speed of the mandrel gradually reduces by the friction between the surface of he mandrel and the inner wall of the pipe and the mandrel is thereby recovered safely under a recyclable condition. |
