PURPOSE:To make the release from the mold easier and to mold in a shorter time and easier by means of providing engagement step sections, two or more, having specific angle or inclination to the optical axis, symmetrically to the optical axis on the outer periphery face of lens. CONSTITUTION:The freely sliding movable insert block 3 is provided in the mold 2 on the movable platen side, and the lens face 6 is formed on the opposing face to the mold 1 on the cavity side of movable insert block 3. On the other hand, the lens face 7 is provided opposing to the lens face 6 on the mold 1 on the fixed side, and the cavity 8 is formed between the said two lenses. The step section 9 carrying the diameter a little larger than the movable insert block 3 is formed cyclicly on the edge face of mold 2 on the movable platen side opposing to the mold 1 on the fixed side. In the step section 9, total four of concave sections 5 inclined to the sliding direction of movable insert block 3 are formed at the interval of 90 deg. to the direction of circumference. The plastic lens molded in the cavity 8 is fixed to the step section 9 by the convex section 5 inclined to the shifting direction of mold 2 on the fixed side, and shifts over to the left direction together with the mold 2 on the movable platen side. |
