PURPOSE:To obtain a pulse laser generator which has no variation in a pulse laser output by providing a resistor between an auxiliary electrode and a downstream side electrode. CONSTITUTION:A resistor 14 is connected between an auxiliary electrode 2 and a downstream side electrode 9. Thus, a reverse energizing current of a core 15 flows from an auxiliary electrode 1 to align the dynamic characteristics of pulse transformers 7. Thus, a pulse laser 14 which has no variation in the peak outputs is obtained. |
