发明名称 IGNITION TIMING CONTROL DEVICE FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent worsening of control of an ignition timing due to erroneous decision of knocking, by a method wherein, during detection of abnormality by a knock detecting means, by the use of a knocking level detected based on a combustion peak position, an ignition timing is corrected. CONSTITUTION:An abnormality discriminating means (d) is provided for discriminating abnormality of a detecting means (c) through comparison of a knocking level, detected by the means (c) based on an output from a pressure detecting means (a), with a reference value. When abnormality is discriminated, a combustion peak position, detected by a detecting means (e), where a combustion pressure is maximized, is compared with a given reference value by a knock level detecting means (g) to detect a knocking level. According to an output from the detecting means (c) or (g), a knock correction amount is computed by a second computing means (h), and an ignition set means (i) is adapted to correct a fundamental ignition timing by means of the knock correction amount, and a combustion correction amount, determined according to a combustion peak position by a first computing means (f).
