Novel heterocyclic compounds of the general formula <IMAGE> in which X denotes <IMAGE>, <IMAGE> or CO2R<1> where R<1> denotes C1-6-alkyl, C3-7-cycloalkyl or C3-7- cycloalkylmethyl, R<6> and R<7> each denote hydrogen, halogen, alkoxy or trifluoromethyl, and R" denotes hydrogen, C1-6-alkyl or C3-7-cycloalkyl. The compounds can be used in psychopharmaceutical preparations as anticonvulsants, anxiolytics, hypnotic agents and nootropic agents.
