PURPOSE:To make it possible to rapidly and accurately diagnose a cause of an abnormality or failure, by storing data from a control device and a failure diagnosing detector in a data area of an abnormal or failure diagnosing program. CONSTITUTION:Data delivered from a control device 1 and a failure diagnosing detector 2 are stored in time series in a data area of an abnormality or failure diagnosing program within a memory device 3. Further, during execution of a fabricating program, if an abnormality, a failure or the like occurs, the diagnosing program is read out, and the data area of the program is analyzed by a computer 4 incorporating an analyzing program to diagnose a case of the abnormality or failure. Thus, it is possible to precisely detect a cause of an abnormality or failure, thereby it is possible to prevent errors in repairing, and a long time stoppage of a working line. |
