PURPOSE:To utilize beams projected to sections except a photosensor element effectively by using a mounting plate having light transmission for fixing the photosensor element while imparting reflecting characteristics to the side faced oppositely to a mounting surface in the photosensor element. CONSTITUTION:A photosensor element 1 is fastened to a mounting plate 2 having transmission to beams having the sensitive wavelength of the photosensor element 1. A curve for constituting a spherical reflecting mirror is shaped to the surface faced oppositely to a mounting surface in the photosensor element 1 in the mounting plate 2. A reflecting film 3 through metallic evaporation is attached onto a curved surface in the mounting plate 2, thus organizing the spherical reflecting mirror. The intensity of beam projected to the photosensor element 1 in beams projected to the fitting side of the photosensor element 1 of the mounting plate 2 is converted into an electric change. Beams projected around the photosensor element 1 are propagated in the mounting plate 2, and condensed and projected to a fixing surface with the mounting plate 2 of the photosensor element 1 by the reflecting film 3, and the intensity of the beams is converted into electric change. |
