PURPOSE:To obtain the duplex pipe of which inner and outer layers are surely combined by depositing with heating the inner cylinder material to the outer cylinder metal by inserting the inner cylinder material formed by the compression or sintering of powdery metal into the metal made outer cylinder, then by finishing the inner face of the inner cylinder material with its cutting. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical member 2 for the inner cylinder is taken as the forming body by compressing or sintering the necessary metallic material in granular or powdery shape so as to become the diameter insertable into the metal made outer cylinder 1. The cylindrical member 2 inserted into the outer cylinder 1 is deposited by melting to the outer cylinder 1 by the arc heating or integrally joined by using brazing filler metal 3. The cylindrical member 2 is finished by cutting the inner peripheral face. The duplex pipe of which inner and outer layers are surely combined can be produced accordingly. |
