PURPOSE:To enable the stable lifting of a cage keeping horizontal state and to extract and upper cage between moving cages without fail, by attaching a hook fitting to an upper cage, engaging the fitting to a hook attached to a vertically movable frame and vertically moving the frame via a screw jack. CONSTITUTION:Four screw jacks 3a-3d linked with shafts 11b, 11c to enable the vertical movement synchronous to a motor are attached to four corners of a rectangular upper frame 6 furnished with running wheels 7. The upper frame 6 is transferred along a rail 8 attached to the ceiling side of a building to a prescribed place of an upper cage 21 of a brewing mash cage. Hooks 1, 1' attached to both sides of a vertically movable rectangular frame 2 supported by the screw jacks 3a-3d are supported rotatably with shafts 13, 13'. The hoods 1, 1' are opened or closed by the aid of a cylinder 4 fixed to the frame 2 and the transmission arm 5 connected along the same direction as the cylinder. The hook fitting 16 attached to the upper cage 21 and the above hooks 1, 1' are simultaneously and synchronously closed to make a chucked state to engage the hook fitting 16 with the hooks 1, 1'. The whole assembly is lifted with the jacks 3a-3d and the cage between the upper cage 21 and the movable cage 22 is smoothly extracted. |
