PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition of both high impact and heat resistances, etc. with improved environmental stress cracking resistance, by blending, in specified proportion,a rubber-contg. styrene resin, polycarbonate resin, and a polymer from acrylic ester monomer-contg. monomer system. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by blending (A) 5-94wt% of a rubber-contg. styrene resin (e.g., high-impact polystyrene, ABS resin), (B) 5-94wt% of a polycarbonate resin (pref. of bisphenol A base), and (C) 0.1-20wt% of a polymer with a solubility parameter 8.4-9.8 (cal/cc)<1/2>, glass transition temperature <=20 deg.C and gel content <=70wt% prepaed from a monomer system containing an acrylic ester monomer (e.g., methyl acrylate). |
