<p>PURPOSE:To automatically switch a driving reel spindle and a rotating direction by setting each rotating and drive body to be used as a fly wheel to a direct drive system directly driving and inverting the rotating and drive body. CONSTITUTION:Pinch rollers 52 and 53 are pressed against capstans 9 and 10 provided for one group of rotating and drive bodies 1 and 2 through a tape, which is driven at a constant speed. A drive gear provided for the other rotating and drive body engages with a large diameter transmission gear due to engagement force caused in the rotating direction, while an idler gears 28 engages with one group of reel gears 32 and 33 in the same manner. The rotating force of the other rotating and drive body is transmitted to a reel spindle through the large diameter transmission gear 19 and the idle gear, and the reel spindle concerned is rotated. When each rotating and drive body is detected to travel at the end, it is rotated in the reverse direction. Then the engagement force of each gear changes its direction, and the engagement so far is released. The pinch roller is press-contacted against the capstan installed on each rotating and drive body through the tape, and is reversely rotated at a constant speed.</p> |
