摘要 PURPOSE:To permit easy stripping from a metallic mold and to form groove structure having high accuracy by using a UV-curing resin compsn. contg. a specific dipentaerythritol deriv. CONSTITUTION:The compsn. contg. the dipentaerythritol deriv. which is expressed by the formula and contains 1-6 (meth)acrylate groups for each one molecule is photocured to form the film of the UV-curing resin of an optical disk substrate formed with the film of the UV-curing resin having grooves for tracking on the surface on one or both faces of a transparent substrate. A photopolymn. initiator is a compd. of the type which generates radicals by absorbing UV rays and is exemplified by acetophenones, ketones, etc. The rate of photocuring is accelerated and a good result is obtd. if a sensitizer is added to the above-mentioned compsn. together with the photopolymn. initiator. An addition polymerization compd. of a low viscosity can be further incorporated in addition to the dipentaerythritol deriv. to the UV-curing resin compsn. in order to provide a suitable liquid viscosity thereto.
