PURPOSE:Strip-cut vegetables are uniformly placed in a plurality of molds, then the batter is poured into each mold, and they are backed in an over no permit continuous mass-production of 'OKONOMIYAKI' (thin, flat cake of unsweetered batter fried with vegetables etc.) in which the battery and vegetables are evenly mixed. CONSTITUTION:Deep dishes of heat resistant paper 4 is into a plurality of molds 3, respectively, which are arranged on an iron plate placed on the roller conveyor 1, and a certain amount of strip-cut vegetables are uniformly placed in individual molds. Then, a certain amount of batter 6 of wheat flour is poured in a suitable thickness and ingredients such as meat or fish 8 are scattered on them. Further, batter is slightly casted on it and they are sent into oven 9 with the roller conveyor 1. After baking in the oven 9, the products are taken out of the molds 3 together with the heat-resistant paper dish 4 and cooled. |
