发明名称 METHOD FOR MEASURING CONCENTRATION OF GLUCOSE IN SOLUTION
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure the concn. of glucose over a wide range with excellent sensitivity and response, by forming a membrane for controlling the diffusion and transmission of glucose on the surface of the glucose oxidase immobilized membrane of a glucose sensor in a solution side and detecting the max. value of the differential value with respect to the output current flowing from an electrode. CONSTITUTION:A specimen solution 6 containing glucose of blood or the like is supplied to a glucose sensor 1 provided with a membrane for controlling the diffusion and transmission of glucose through a flow cell 5 to generate H2O2 by enzymatic reaction and an output current is generated from hydrogen peroxide electrode. Said output current is differentiated with respect to a time by a differentiation circuit 2 and the max. value of differential output is determined by a peak detection circuit 3. Said max. value is compared with a calibration curve to calculate the concn. of glucose in the solution.
