<p>PURPOSE:To accurately perform physical distribution management by providing carry-in and carry-out detectors, a total stock calculating device, a circulation pattern memory device, a comparator for comparing with a master pattern and a deviation deciding device. CONSTITUTION:A carry-in detector 5 and a carry-out detector 6, which are adapted to detect articles 3 to be carried in and out, are disposed at an inlet and an outlet of a warehouse 1. Detection information of the detectors 5, 6 is input in a total stock calculating device 7, and the present stock calculated in real time by the device 7 is input to a comparator 8, in which the present stock is compared with a circulation master pattern previously stored in a memory device 9 to obtain a deviation. The deviation is compared with a preset tolerance on the basis of the above pattern to decide whether it is larger or smaller. When the deviation exceeds the tolerance, an alarm is given by an alarm device 11. Thus accurate physical distribution management can be accomplished.</p> |
