PURPOSE:To execute any type of two-dimensional image processing by setting the inter-picture element arrangement in a two-dimensional local memory programabble and constructing a dummy two-dimensional local memory in any size. CONSTITUTION:A row data read circuit 70 and a column data read circuits 71-73 are provided. The column data read circuits 71-73 are horizontally connected to each output terminal of the row data read circuit 70 to construct the two-dimensional local memory. The number of memories 21-23 comprising the row data read circuit 70 and their memory capacity and the number of memories 51-53 comprising the column data read circuits 71-73 and their memory capacity are selected, whereby a local area can be variable. |
