PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily alter an injection amount without losing the reproducibility of a column by injection work, by adjusting the amount of the specimen introduced into a capillary tube by the vibration by an ultrasonic vibrator by changing the magnitude or frequency of voltage applied to the vibrator. CONSTITUTION:The specimen injected in a piping 9 from a sample valve S is sandwiched by a solvent (to form a band B) and, when this band arrives the opening end of a capillary tube 1, an ultrasonic vibrator 12 is vibrated to inject the specimen in the tube 1. The injection amount of the specimen is adjusted by changing the magnitude or frequency of voltage applied to the vibrator. By this method, the injection of the specimen in simplified and it is eliminated that the reproducibility of a column by injection work is lost, and the injection amount of the specimen can be easily altered. |
