PURPOSE:When laver algae are stored in a tank together with sea water, the sea water in the tank is circulated, as it is cooled with the external cooling unit to keep the temperature inside the tank constant, and nutrients are fed into the tank under agitation to raise the quality and nutrition of the laver. CONSTITUTION:Laver food is produced through the storage process where laver algae are stored together with sea water in a tank, the mincing process where the stored laver algae are minced into small pieces and the processing process where the minced algae is processed so that the algae becomes suitable as a food, in order. In the storage process, the sea water is taken out of the tank 1, cooled down in the cooling unit 10 and recycled into the tank 1 to keep the water temperature constant. Further, nutrients are added from the feeder 5 into the tank 1 and the algae and sea water are stirred. Additionally, a part of the sea water is taken out of the tank 1 and filtered, before it comes back in the tank 1 with the filtering unit 13 and a part of algae which have been rinsed out and contaminants filtered off. |
