<p>PURPOSE:To attain accurate chucking action of a magnetic disk without ary requiring any complicated mechanism by using a means which moves down a cassette holder toward the inserting side of a disk cassette by delaying the side of a head device. CONSTITUTION:A rear cam plate 34 set at the side of a head device 71 is set higher than a front cam plate 32 positioned at the inserting side of a disk cassette 1. The curvature of the sloping part of a sloping cam face 30 of the plate 34 is larger than that of the sloping part of a sloping cam face 28 of the plate 32. Under such a condition, the device 71 moves down with delay against the inserting side of the cassette 1 when a cassette holder 19 moves down. Thus the cassette 1 held by the holder 19 also moves down with delay at the side of the device 71. The 2nd support arm 77 of the device 71 is turned toward a magnetic disk after the magnetic disk in the cassette 1 is chucked by a disk table. Then the arm 77 is held by a magnetic head 76 after the chucking action is through with the magnetic disk.</p> |
