The sprayer (6) is mounted in rotation on its carrier (3) via a hollow shaft (10) through which the high pressure duct (9) of the high pressure lance (1) extends. The sprayer opening is directed transversely w.r.t. the hollow shaft. - The hollow shaft has an opening (18) in its lateral wall which connects, for each sprayer position w.r.t. the hollow shaft, the interior of the shaft with the sprayer opening (16). The transmission between the drive shaft (12) and the sprayer is a toothed wheel transmission, and the sprayer can rock about the hollow shaft.
