PURPOSE:To accurately determine the limit of abrasion, by providing a means for detecting the load current of an electromotor, a means for detecting the internal pressure of the kneaded substance discharge side of a case and a means generating output when the retio of the internal pressure and the load current reached a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:The stock material supplied into a cylinder main body 5 is brought to a molten state by a heater 8 and made to flow to the side of a kneaded substance discharge part 5 while kneaded by the shearing force between the inner wall 10 of the cylinder main body 5 and the peripheral wall of a screw 3. The kneaded substance discharge part 6 is constituted so that the inner periphery of the side end part thereof close to a cylinder 2 is formed into a tapering shape to form a guide wall 12 and the substance kneaded in the cylinder 2 is guided to the discharge port 13 at the leading end part of said discharge part 6 by the guide wall 12. A die 14 is mounted to the side end part remote from the cylinder main body 5 and the kneaded substance is extruded from the discharge port 13 through a die orifice 15. |
