Disclosed is a draw-ironed metal vessel having a circumferential side seam (5), which is formed by lap-bonding of open end portions (3, 4) of upper and lower members (2, 1), each consisting of a seamless molded metal cup, wherein the side wall of at least one of said upper and lower (2, 1) members is formed by draw-ironing a tin-plated steel plate at an ironing ratio of at least 20% and a spout (10) having a diameter smaller than that of the side wall of the vessel is formed on the top wall (9) of the upper member (2).
