PURPOSE:To obtain the titled mother liquid suitable for application to several devices requiring only saved number of repetition for coating and drying having sufficient stability and causing no deteriorative effect on a base material comprising Mn ions and persulfate ions contained in high concentrations in the mother liquid. CONSTITUTION:A compd. serving as Mn ion source [e.g. manganese acetate(hydrate)] sufficient to afford 7-0.1mol% Mn ion concn. and a compd. serving as a persulfate ion source (e.g. ammonium persulfate) sufficient to afford 3-0.5 molar ratio of persulfate ion basing on the amt. of the Mn ion, are dissolved in water. Thus, the titled transparent mother liquid having high concn., being stable for several minutes at room temp., depositing chemically an electroconductive material having 10<-2>-10<-1>s.cm<-1> electroconductivity, is obtd. |
