PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a magnetic recording device by detecting the synchronous state of the synchronizing clock synchronizing with the binary data reproduced from the magnetic recording device to reproduce the information in the completely synchronous state of a phase synchronizing circuit. CONSTITUTION:Plural control signals (q) which perform the recording control and the binary data (a) are transferred between a magnetic recording medium 20 and a controller 30. The circuit 11 delivers the window signal P to the controller 30 to detect the data and clock bits of the data (a).
