<p>5'-O-(Glucosyl- ureido-sulphonyl) uridine derivs. of formula(I) in which R1 is a glycosyl gp. with OH gps. free or protected totally or partially, R2 is H and R3 is H or OR2, with anti-viral activity,are made by (a)reacting an amino deriv. of a sugar, of formula R1NH2 with chlorosulphonyl isocyanate (OCN-SO2Cl); and (b)reacting the intermediate prod. with a uridine deriv. of formula(II).</p> |
