PURPOSE:To obtain steady cooling effect without the limitation of the installation height of a gas-liquid separator by arranging a throttle so that the cooling water pressure in a cooling main line installed in an inlet of a cooling plate becomes larger than its saturation pressure. CONSTITUTION:A cooling plate 1a is arranged uppermost and a cooling plate 1b in the center and a cooling plate 1c lowermost. A cooling water inlet of each cooling plate is connected to each of pipes 2a-2c branched from an inlet cooling pipeline 21 through each throttle. Each cooling water outlet of the cooling plates 1a-1c is connected to an outlet cooling pipeline 22 through each pipe. THe throttle 2 is a pipe having pressure loss so that cooling water does not boil inside the cooling water pipe in the inlet. The cooling water flows to the cooling plates 1a-1c from an arrow P direction through the inlet pipeline 21, branch pipes 2a-2c, and throttles 2, and is collected in the outlet cooling pipeline 22 and exhausted in an arrow Q direction. Since cooling water is always passed also in the cooling plate 1a installed uppermost, sufficient cooling effect can be obtained without the limitation of the installation height of a gas-liquid separator 8. |
