PURPOSE:To obtain a recording medium which has a high density recording and high sensitivity as well as good stability and permits an EDRAW type while said medium is of an org. type by having a recording layer laminated with at least >=1 layers of molecular-oriented monomolecular films on a substrate and providing at least >=1 layers of inorg. reflection films and protective films on the surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:This recording medium has the recording layer 3 laminated with at least >=1 layers of the molecular-oriented monomolecular films on the substrate 1 and at least >=1 layers of the inorg. reflection films 4 and protective films 5 on the surface thereof. The high density recording which is not possible with the conventional technique is thus made possible and the recording medium for an optical memory having the high accuracy, high sensitivity, and high stability is obtd. The range for application of the EDRAW type is expanded even with the org. type. |
