TAPE RECORDER WITH COMPACT DISK PLAYER

PURPOSE:To record contents recorded on a compact disk by a tape recorder with no omission by knowing the remaining amount of a tape from pulses obtained by the revolution of a reel turntable shaft and calculating the reversing time at the side of a tape recorder and the temporary stop time at the side of a compact disk player to control them. CONSTITUTION:The pulses sent from the pulse generators 2a and 2b of a tape recorder deck 2 are supplied to a comparator means 1a. Then a timer means 1b which works concurrently with the start of the tape drive counts the time required until the pulses supplied to the means 1a are coincident with each other. This time counting information and the sub-code information reproduced from a compact disk are supplied to an arithmetic means 1c for calculation of both the reversing time and the temporary stop time. The output of the means 1c is supplied to a system control means 1d for control of the reverse of the deck 2 and the temporary stop of the compact disk player.
