<p>The equipment supplies hot water and/or steam, having a closed boiler (1) with cold water feed pipe (4), discharge pipes for hot water and steam (7,8), and a heater element (2). The feed pipe contains a valve (5) actuated by a controller (12), the latter receiving a signal from a level detector (9) in the boiler, also one proportional to steam pressure from a pressure sensor (11). The controller causes filling to start in stages when water level falls below the maximum level, alternately opening the valve until a predetermined low pressure is detected and shutting it and cutting in the element until a high pressure is detected. Filling stops when maximum water level is reached.</p> |
