PURPOSE:To enable stopping of an alarm sound only when a complete awakening comes about, by stopping the generation of the alarm sound through comparison of a key input information given when the alarm sound is generated with a prescribed alarm stop information. CONSTITUTION:When a set time of an alarm setting memory 5 coincides with a present time according to a time-count counter 3, an alarm sound driving circuit 7 is controlled through the intermediary of a comparator 6 and an alarm sound is generated from a sounding body 8. When a numeric key is operated, at this time, corresponding to a set alarm time after operating the alarm stop key ALS of a key input unit 9, a key input is memorized temporarily in an input buffer circuit 11 for the alarm stop and compared with the present time by a comparator 10. Then, the circuit 7 is controlled by a coincidence output from the comparator 10 and thereby the alarm sound is stopped. Accordingly, the alarm sound can not be stopped unless the key input unit is operated correctly after complete awakening. |
