PURPOSE:To calculate dimensions in the direction of accumulation of the paper- material heat-exchange element without variance by adopting a continuous accumulation cutting method. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacture of the paper-material heat-exchange element formed by using a paper material to which corrugating work is executed, large- board accumulation dimensions l' through which said corrugating paper material is easy to be stabilized extremely on manufacture are set, and the blocks 1 of l' dimensions are formed through small-piece cutting. In the next manufacturing process II, said blocks 1 are accumulated and bonded continuously, and block bodies 1a are formed. In a manufacturing process III, cutting is repeated in succession in predetermined dimensions L from an end reverse to the direction of accumulation of said block bodies 1a by using a cutter 2 and a stopper 3. Accordingly, scraps generated due to the instability of the dimensions of accumulation through a conventional method may not be formed completely through the continuous accumulation cutting method, the dimensions of accumulation is changed into prescribed height dimensions only by altering the relative dimensions of the stopper and the cutter even when the dimensions of height L vary, and the block bodies can be cut accurately. |
