The invention concerns a load platform, in particular a furniture platform for inclined hoists. The essence of the invention lies in the releasable arrangement of a rain canopy to protect the furniture to be transported, which can be connected to the floor of the load platform so that it can be released. The rain canopy consists in the main of a rain roof cantilevered out from support spars.
