PURPOSE:Insecticidal paper capable of controlling easily a volatile amount of an agent depending upon purpose of use, by adding a volatile agent to at least one of printing ink and a coating agent, treating the surface of paper or nonwoven fabric with the blend. CONSTITUTION:A volatile agent (e.g., insecticide for cloth such as paradichlorobenzene, etc., pyrethrioid insecticide, etc.) is blended with at least one of printing ink and a coating agent, and the surface of paper or nonwoven fabric is treated with it. A volatile amount of the agent and a period of durability of effect can be easily controlled by adjusting a content of the agent, and an existing device can be directly used. Since the paper is a sheet, its size can be adjusted easily depending upon purpose of use.
