<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture an embossed and foamed product whose surface is strengthened, by a method wherein a foamable resin layer and ionizing radiosetting resin layer are provided on a base material, a foamed resin layer is formed by expanding a foamable resin layer, embossment is performed from an ionizing radiosetting resin layer side and the ionizing radiation setting resin layer is crosslinked by irradiation with ionizing radiation. CONSTITUTION:After a foamable resin layer including a foaming agent has been provided on a base material, a process providing an ionizing radiosetting resin layer which is solid and thermoplastic at the normal temperature under an uncured state and that forming a foamed resin layer by heating and expanding the foamable resin layer are performed in irregular order. Then embossment has been performed from an ionizing radiosetting resin layer side by making use of a mold and then the ionizing radiosetting resin layer is crosslinked by irradiation with ionizing radiation. As the ionizing radiosetting resin layer does not cure till the ionizing radiation is directed finally beside a matter that a resin layer itself is embossable in the ionizing radiosetting resin layer which is solid and the thermoplastic at the normal temperature in the uncured state, a product having no hindrance in manufacturing the same and having the strengthened surface can be manufactured.</p> |
