PURPOSE:To make the manufacture of a heterogeneous plate double cylinder into facilitation, by connecting each end of heterogeneous blank plates themselves together, and enfolding them from a free end on one side. CONSTITUTION:Each end themselves of a stainless plate 1 strong against combustion gas and a steel plate 2 subjected to such a process as being resistible to salt pollution are connected together by means of caulking or the like, while a free end 11 of one side (1) of blank plates 1 and 2 is enfolded with a roll mold. Material cutting is carried out in advance so as to make the plate 1 go a round and further to be wrapped as far as some length l1, and the blank plate 2 is rolled on a circumferential surface of the plate 1. And, in the state that the free end of the blank plate 2 goes beyond a connecting part 3 and the plate 2 is wrapped as far as length l2, the plate 2 is deposited. Thus, a double cylinder is molded whereby manufacture is easily performable and a gas leakage out of an interspace between separate blanks is prevented from occurring, thus sealability is improvable. |
