<p>PURPOSE:To improve quality by facilitating insertion of a pin at the time of positioning and unloading of a product after hot and press molding, by a method wherein positioning is performed by inserting pins into each of holes corresponding to each other by piling up a base material and jig plate each other, on predetermined positions of which boring of the same has been performed at the same diameter and pitch, a necessary number of base materials is fixed by a staple and the hot, and press molding of the fixed base material obtained by removing the pin and jig plate is performed. CONSTITUTION:A constituent article 1 obtained by piling up a necessary number of base materials is put between an upper press jig 2 and lower press jig 3 and positioning is performed by inserting a tapered pin into corresponding holes bored at the same diameter and pitch respectively beforehand. After the constituent article 1 has been made into a fixed base material 7 by stapling a U-shaped staple by a stapling machine 5, the upper press jig 2, lower press jig 3 and tapered pins 4 are removed. The fixed base material 7 based on the staple is set up to a hot and press molding machine 11 so as to put the same between flat panels 12 and hot and press molding is performed. Further, a hot and press molded article 10 is unloaded, a staple part is cut off and discared and the article 10 is made into a product 13.</p> |
