PURPOSE:To improve the yield of reinforcement and to realize excellent reinforcement characteristics by providing a pressure application terminal which presses a connection part reinforcing plate so that it can be locked at a pressure application release position and its quantity of intrusion is finely adjustable. CONSTITUTION:The pressure application terminal 10 which presses reinforcing plates 2 and 2' where a hot-melt adhesive is stuck is locked by a reinforcing plate pressing and releasing mechanism 40 and provided with an intrusion quantity fine adjusting mechanism 30. The knob 42 of the locking mechanism 40 is rotated to adjust a lock rod 43 and an expansion hole 22 to a pressure application position and then a nut 32 is adjusted to lock the upper and lower reinforcing plates at an upper limit in parallel. When pressure is applied, the knob 42 is set at a pressing position to apply pressure and a heater 1 is powered on. Consequently, the inclination and shifting of the reinforcing plates are eliminated and the reinforcing plates become parallel to each other by adjusting the quantity of intrusion finely, thereby improving the yield and realizing excellent reinforcement characteristics. |
