摘要 PURPOSE:To realize a bright optical system having simple structure while using a chopper by using a bimorph type piezoelectric diaphragm and a shutter spring fixed to its one end. CONSTITUTION:Infrared rays from an object to be measurd are reflected by a concave mirror 20 and converged, and the infrared rays passed through a pinhole 22a are detected by a detector 24. The chopper, on the other hand, consists of a bimorph diaphragm 34 where the shutter spring 32 is fixed at one end and the other end of the diaphragm 34 is fixed at one end and the other end of the diaphragm 34 is fixed off measurement luminous flux by sandwiched between fixed members 36 and 38 with two screws 40. Further, the fixed member 36 is fixed to a support member 28 with two screws 42. Then, an AC signal supplied to the diaphragm 34 is supplied to an electrode 34a through the fixed member 38, etc., which contacts it and to an electrode 34b directly from an AC power source E. Consequently, the diaphragm 34 is exposed to the luminous flux to only its thickness and what cuts off the lumi nous flux is only a detector.
